1. Definition
What is text analysis?
Text analysis is the process of using computer systems to read and understand human-written text for business insight. Text analysis software can independently classify, select, and extract information from text to identify patterns, relationships, sentiments, and another actionable knowledge. You can use text analytics to efficiently and accurately process a variety of text-based sources such as emails, documents, social media content, and product reviews, just like humans do.

Common formats for text structure include comparison/contrast, cause and effect, and ordering. Refers to how the information in written text is organized.

Do you know what BRT is? So, BRT stands for (Bus Rapid Transit) or busway is a high-quality bus-based transit system that is fast, convenient, and low-cost for urban mobility by providing pedestrian roads, infrastructure, fast and frequent service operations, differentiation and excellence in marketing and service to customers. Usually BRT exists in several big cities in Indonesia such as Jakarta and Semarang.
And here I conducted a survey that aims to find out how the facilities, service quality, and price of riding BRT. In the survey I made, I gave 10 questions related to the purpose of the survey. Here are the questions I asked in the survey.
- BRT officers feel safe passengers
- BRT officers assist passengers when entering the Busway
- BRT officers provide services on time.
- Timeliness of bus departure and arrival
- BRT officers have good knowledge and BRT accepts the provision of complaint services which is available.
- In my opinion, when using the service BRT transportation fares are set according to that service given.
- BRT transportation fares are priced accordingly with the benefits that I expect on when using it.
- The existence of passenger confidence in BRT transportation that has met the needs of its passengers
- I am satisfied with the BRT transportation service when using the transportation service
- I am interested in using BRT transportation services
From the questions I asked, I received quite a lot of responses and some of these responses gave an assessment of the facilities and prices provided quite well. However, there are some responses that are not good from the BRT service, which means that the BRT service is not good in terms of timeliness of travel and passenger scheduling. From the responses I got, some respondents said that the timeliness of travel and passenger pickup was not good, they complained about this because the timeliness of travel and passenger pickup is an important thing.
